THE DESIGN OF FUTURE THINKING
Phase I, II and III are separate commitments, allowing you to choose to continue or not based in the value you get before moving to the next phase.
Phase I: Discovering Your Unique Gift (6 months) - $8,000
Summary of Structures Provided:
Individually Designed Consulting (18 hours)
Designed as “one on one” calls or meetings (approximately 3 calls per month) or a structure of meetings in a time and location to be structured around the client’s landscape of operations. CUSTOM DESIGNED
Future Thinking Conference (3 days)
Attend one FT Conference to deepen the one-on-one work (anytime during the first 6 months).
FT Conferences are held in January, April, July and October. Contact us for the upcoming dates to determine when to schedule your conference attendance.
Future Thinking Conference Calls (4 hours)
Participate on (4) one-hour weekly FT Conference Calls
These calls support your learning to “live” your gift in any and all conversations, turning any and all conversations into fulfillment.
Development Content:
Revealing your unconscious Adaptive Routine and seeing the integrity this matrix once had in your life, even though it is sabotaging real partnership today. You will have a very specific and personal way of recognizing the nuances of how you go about producing results and also in getting things to go your way that erodes real partnership over time. You will see that you don’t have to give up what works, but shift the base of how you go into action, so that even larger results can occur with less effort and more partnership.
Revealing your hidden Core Essence (your unique gift, destiny and purpose – the bedrock of your passion) as something to integrate and live from, so that you are a more congruent, self expressed, authentic person. The key to fulfillment in life is to live from the essence of your Core, bringing your authentic gift to all that you do, including how you develop and train others and how you contribute your legacy back to the world. Real partnership and a deep centeredness in all circumstances can occur, over time, based in living from what we call your Core Essence.
Learning how to add new mindsets and behaviors around communicating annoyances and upsets in a way that actually brings connection, understanding and partnership.
Learning how to have ‘dilemma’ conversations with differences and interruptions to commitments that allow both parties to have what they need, yet never compromise.
The awareness of these fundamental distinctions/principles lay the foundation for learning and neurologically embedding the other major distinctions/principles of Future Thinking that produce real partnership and fulfillment.
Tuition for Phase I: $8,000 - Welcome to pay over time for 6 months, with no interest. A $2,000 deposit and $1000/month or in a payment schedule that works for you. We accept checks and major credit cards except for AMEX. Discounts are available for full payment of the program and for couples.
Phase II: Living Your Gift (12 months) - $9,500

Individual one-on-one coaching calls designed to focus strategically on your areas of concern and development.
Triad Calls - Practice Calls for Mastery
These calls are intentionally and personally designed as a lab to have you work with others to practice partnership distinctions.
Development Content:
This phase of Future Thinking involves creating a Custom Life Design through which your skills, talents and competencies become the underpinning to living your gift, versus the forefront of your reputation.
- The major outcome for the next 4 quarters is to introduce you to a scientifically proven, easy-to-learn discipline to put in new neuropathways for actions aligned with your gift.
- Through the Future Thinking Conferences, practices, structures (large and small group) and telephone coaching sessions (both individual and group), you will begin to live in action with what you systematically and progressively acquire as new distinctions/principles, new mindsets, and proven methods and processes that allow your authentic voice and gift to be expressed and heard in all domains.
- You will be given models and practice opportunities to learn how to influence others into powerful action and new behaviors in a way that ignites partnership.
- You will have opportunities for individual coaching along with group coaching on telephone sessions - set around times that work for you.
- You will have access to a private community web site that provides you with powerful structures to support you, based in your learning style. Each of the distinctions we use in Future Thinking will have a description of the distinction/principle, methods/processes and structures/practices needed to live the distinction in every area of your life. You will have access to the archive of Future Thinking conference notes, tapes, handouts, articles etc., along with each person’s profile currently in Future Thinking. You will have easy access to updated logistics, calendar of events and new handouts and articles.
At the end of phase II, there will be a debriefing process that you do individually to determine your level of satisfaction in your competency of the Future Thinking distinctions/principles and methods/processes covered in that phase.

Alumni Offers - 3 Options for Participating at a Conference at Any Time
Only for those who have completed the Future Thinking program
Option 1 - Come to a 3-day FT conference at any time for $450 (includes structures for the quarter, if you choose, at no additional fee)
Option 2 - Come to FT conferences for 1 year for $1500 (includes structures for the year, if you choose, at no additional fee)
Option 3 - Come to FT conferences for 1 year and contribute back to the FT community for $1000 (includes structures for the year, if you choose, at no additional fee)
